⚠️ Important Notes

Do not use for deep frying or tempura, to avoid prolonged high-oil heating.

Before first use: Thoroughly wash the pan with hot water, lightly heat to evaporate moisture, then apply a thin layer of cooking oil. Heat over medium heat for 2–3 minutes to allow the oil to penetrate the pan surface before use.

After use: Clean with a brush or sponge and hot water; avoid using detergent if possible. After washing, reheat the pan to completely evaporate moisture to prevent rust.

Regarding color changes: Cooking acidic foods (e.g., tomato sauce, jam) for extended periods may cause the pan surface to turn white. Prolonged cooking or storing highly acidic foods (e.g., lotus root, burdock, wild vegetables) may cause black discoloration due to tannin reacting with iron.

👉 These are natural characteristics of cast iron and are harmless. Please use with confidence.
